Naga Cheese bombs

Cheesy Balls infused with the Bhut Jolokia chilli one of the hottest chillis in the world. Don't be fooled by other chilli cheeses, this cheese is explosive, you might find the odd chilli cheese with some heat i know one supermarket brand does a Mexican style cheese, all i can say is this cheese is 10 times hotter! This is quite simply in my opinion the hottest cheese in the world.

This cheese will last as we have made them into bite sized balls and covered them in chilli oil which acts as a preservative. These would be a great talking point for sure, if you want the ultimate cheese dining experience try some of this cheese with our fire onions!
