Delivery info

When ordering from Fire Foods you are in safe hands, being a family business our aim is to provide you with great service so you order again and again and spread the word about us.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

Once we have received your order we will get to work this end, you can expect your order to be with you within 3 - 5 working days.

All chilli plants will be next day courier delivery.

Our busy time is Christmas so please be patient, in some extreme cases it may take up to 7 days for your order.  If you have any questions please contact us . Our Christmas deadline will be the 20th any orders after this date will not be guaranteed for Christmas.

Any order with a shipping value of £7.50 will qualify for Courier delivery, everything else will go Royal mail first class post.

International delivery

Please contact us here for a price on international delivery, please allow up to 10 days delivery time.
