Fire Curry Paste

(Sold out)

Make one of the worlds hottest curry's at home.

curry paste

Batch 1 of the Fire curry paste is go. We only have 13 of these to start so first come first served. This is a paste unlike no other! We have used 6.4 million extract and a lot of dried naga chillis. Are you a budding chef, do you like dabbling at making homemade currys, well then this is for you.

What do you get. Well remember this is a paste not a sauce so if used correctly you should be able to make 3 curry's from one jar, you also get 5 naga chillis to garnish. Top tip....leave the naga chillis to stand in warm water for 20  minutes, this will make them more usable and a lot hotter.

hot curry paste

Here we have a quick curry recipe, but please feel free to experiment with this paste, and we will add your recipes

ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 large (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
1 small (approx 200g) can cream of coconut
1 medium onion
2-3 tablespoons fire curry paste (more or less to your taste)

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and brown in a pan with the chopped onion and a little oil

Add the chopped tomatoes, coconut cream and the fire curry paste, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes

Add the naga to garnish, or you could even add them with the paste to create a monster.
