Fire Marmalade

It is made with Habanero chillis and by adding the lime the heat is amazing, even some chilli heads find this too hot, one of the hottest chilli marmalades around. Perfect with any cold meats, great on toast, perfect if you need a jump start in the morning. One of the hottest chilli marmalades on the market for sure, you will not be disappointed. Also fantastic with cheese!

Recipe idea: Rub some over your pork or chicken 5 minutes before they come out of the oven.
