Hot chilli sauce recipe
Tomatoes, large: 4 whole
Onion, small: one whole
Garlic: one clove
Habanero Chilli Peppers (scotch bonnets): two whole (you can find these in sainsburys
White wine vinegar: 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce, dark: 1 tbsp
Water: (you can add a touch of water at any stage for desired thickness)
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Add everything to a food blender, blend until smooth.
pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil, simmer for 5 mins.
bottle up and label, this sauce is good for 12 months if bottled hot.
A simple yet tasty chilli sauce that you can make at home, great for bbq’s etc.
