Chilli Sauce Recipe
2 regular cans or 1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of vinegar (white is best, but doesn’t matter)
1 cup sugar
2 large chopped onions
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
Chillis to taste, maybe 3-4 supermarket types
Add all the ingredients and boil then blitz, add a little water if too dry for a pouring consistency. Bottle in sterilised bottles or jars and it will keep for 6 months, or once opened about 6 weeks.
