Bindi Badboy made by Mohammed Karim of Bindi restaurant Grantham. This is a relish that you can use on just about everything, amazing with chicken. The relish has a slight toasted flavor making it very addictive. The heat level is about 7 its quite hot but the flavor is not lost. We are pleased to have this item for sale as we sold out very quickly last time. Sure to be a winner at our shows this year.
