Dried Chipotle Chillis

Dried Chipotle Chillis are smoked Jalapenos and as such have the most wonderful distinctive aroma. Great for adding a warm smokey taste to any dish. In fact when we work with these Zoe just sits there with her head in the box!! If only she could eat them (she is not very good with any heat) No laughing!!

Chipotle chillies are used a lot in Mexican dishes, therefore are a must in fajitas, nachos, enchiladas and tacos. Also use in pasta dishes or flaked over pizza. Can be used in marinades for chicken or ribs or ground down added to soft cheese for a wonderful dip.
