Naga chillies aka ghost chillies are one of the hottest chillis in the world. Use these chillis to add some serious heat to your food.

These dried naga chillis can be rehydrated by leaving in hot water for a few minutes, ground down to a fine powder for pastes or coarsley crushed into flakes to garnish.

Stored correctly in a dry, cool cupboard, these chillies will keep for a very long time.
