Ring Sting Relish

With a great Indian inspired flavour this Ring Sting Relish is great with curries and poppadom’s,  use in any dish and sandwiches to add an immense flavour and great heat, also use as a dip if you dare! But beware it may live up to its name!!  Sorry about the name but it had to be done! Made with naga chillis, this relish really does bite back.

I’ve recently been adding  this relish to my pasta sauces, and its immense.
