Everybody likes ketchup aka tomato sauce, so with that in mind, we set about making a homemade chilli ketchup version with a twist!

This flaming chilli ketchup is made with 1 million scoville extract, and has loads and loads of cracked black peppercorns added, the flavour of the peppercorns really does punch through.

I don’t have to tell you how to use this sauce, but you must add some to your next shepherds pie and spaghetti bolognaise. Having a bbq say no more! Try adding a splash to your pasta sauce! A versatile sauce that will convert you to never buy normal ketchup again.
