Fire Foods jam and stilton chops

(serves 4)


  • 4x pork chops
  • Stilton cheese
  • ‘Fire Foods’ Fire Jam


  1. Pre-heat grill
  2. Grill one side of pork chop until golden
  3. Turn chops over
  4. Spread approx 1 tablespoon ‘fire foods’ fire jam
  5. Over top of pork chop
  6. Cover with slices of stilton and return to grill until chop is cooked and
  7. Stilton is melted
  8. Serve with seasonal veg and new baby potatoes or with salad and fresh bread.
