what I did was dry a bunch of chiles( habs and ghosts) and then grind them up in a blender into a pepper flack or as small as they will go and then put them into a glass jar. After this i add enough grain alcohol to just cover them up, it was pretty strong stuff 100 proof or above but thats just me. After that let it sit in the fridge for about a week or more shaking it up whenever i think about it. Then filtering it out in a different jar and heating it up to speed up the evaporation process to get rid of everything except the capsaicin which was extracted by the alcohol.
I think this can be refined even more and played about with, what you are left with is one hot liquid, which you can add to just about anything to heat up. If you have a go at making this please let me know your results.
