Oats Kuzhipaniaram, Mukani Halwa and Carrot Payasam

Oats Kuzhipaniaram:

Necessities: Oats-1cup, Banana-1: Cashewnut-1 Tablespoon: Sugar-3/four cup: Cardamom-1 Teaspoon: Milk-1 cup:Ghee- 1 Tablespoon.

Methodology: Soak oats and cashew nuts in milk and grind it in mixie. Then add Banana and grind it to make a pleasant paste. Add sugar and cardamom with the paste and blend it properly. Pour it in Kuzhipaniaram tava with Ghee, fry it until it turns into golden brown in color. It may be eaten together with tomato pickle. It is going to be the kids favourite dish.

Combined Carrot Cutlet:

Necessities: Carrot-200 gms, Huge onion-1, Inexperienced Peas-50 gms, Cheese-50 gms, Chilli powder-2 Teaspoon, Corn flour-100 gms, Salt-Required quantity, For frying- Ghee or Sunflower oil.

Methodology: Peal the Carrot and Onion and grate it. Prepare dinner Inexperienced peas, grated carrot. Combine corn flour and chilli powder properly and add grated cheese to it. Carrot Payasam:

Necessities: Ooty Carrot Huge -2, Milkmaid-1 cup, Sugar-11/2 cup, Cardamom Powder- 1 teaspoon, Cashew nut and Dry grapes-10 items, Badam Essence-Little.

Methodology: Peel Carrot grate it and cook dinner it in a strain cooker. Cool it someday and grind it. Then pour it in a pan and hold it gradual flame. Add sugar until it dissolves. Now add Milkmaid, cardamom powder and fried cashew nuts and dry grapes. As soon as the payasam grow to be thick change of the flame and add badam essence. Combine it properly, cool it and hold it within the fridge. After cooling serve it in glass. It is rather wholesome too. . . . .
