Omelette curry is a quite basic recipe. This dish can be served with rice or roti.
- three eggs
- one/two teaspoon black pepper powder
- full cumin seeds
- two medium sized chopped onions
- one chopped tomato
- two-three chilis
- one/two teaspoon turmeric powder
- one teaspoon garam masala
- Vegetable oil
- Coriander leaves

Cooking Time: thirty minutes
Take three eggs and break it into a bowl and beat it with one/two teaspoon salt, one/two teaspoon black pepper powder.
Use a non stick frying pan, heat one teaspoon of vegetable oil and the beaten egg (stage one) into it. Create your omelette. Once cooked, cut into pieces and leave to one side.
In a Saucepan heat two tablespoon vegetable oil, then add cumin seeds just after one min incorporate two medium sized chopped onions and fry till slightly brown and 50 percent tender, then incorporate the chopped tomato, two-three chillis, salt to style, one/two teaspoon turmeric powder, one teaspoon garam masala and fry for 2 minutes.
Put two cups of water into the pan and boil it for two minutes, then set omelette pieces into the kadhai and stir for handful of minutes.
Lastly garnish with clean coriander leaves
Omelette Curry is prepared to serve for Lunch or dinner with Rice or Roti (Chappati). The spicy and rich variation of this recipe is the Egg Curry.
